Unless the product has been purchased specifically for you e.g. part of full heating systems , you may return most new, unopened, unused and resellable items, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The refund will include the full item(s) value, including the proportional value of standard shipping costs for that item, minus the proportional additional cost of any non-standard shipping.
We'll also provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or proven defective item, etc). If this facility is used and the item does not prove to be incorrect or defective we will deduct the cost of the return postage from the refund
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If the reason for the return is due to our error we will send you a pre-paid return postage label - instructions will be provided once a return is requested. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
