We will ship to most mainland UK addresses using our own transportation or approved, reputable delivery agents. Non UK delivery costs** are calculated using the weight of the order and is shown during the checkout process


Delivery Time - there are two options of delivery available to UK purchasers 

  • Standard Delivery Date - 2nd Class equivalent (2-3 working days)
    • All orders - FREE
  • Faster Delivery Date - 1st Class equivalent (1-2 working days)
    • Orders under £50 - £4.95
    • Orders over £50 - £2.95

The above time estimations are based on an order cut-off time of 12 noon of each working day (Monday-Thursday - excl Bank Holidays), therefore should you require a product for 1-2 working days delivery delivery please aim to place your order before 12 noon. Please telephone 01452 372697 if these requirements don't meet your immediate needs, or contact us through the “Contact Us” area of the website


Saturday and Sunday delivery can often be made by special arrangement (cost £40 + vat)

Returns Policy 

Unless the product has been purchased specifically for you e.g. part of full heating systems , you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If the reason for the return is due to our error we will send you a pre-paid return postage label - instructions will be provided once a return is requested. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
