The Automatic Fuel Oil Deaerator Flow-Control may only be used in single-line systems with return pipe connection for continuous deaeration of the following liquids in oil-fired systems:
- Light fuel oil EL according to DIN 51603
- Diesel according to EN 590

Boiler deaerator design
Flow-Control 3/K-1 consists of a diecast zinc housing with a female G 1/4 connection thread at the tank side and male G 3/8 connection with 60 degree cone for connection of the burner hoses.
Boiler deaerator operation
The unit contains two float chambers. The lower float chamber contains the operating float; the lower float chamber also contains the safety float. The upper float chamber keeps oil foam from escaping via the vent opening (for example during commisioning or filter replacement) and indicates malfunction of the vent valve
