Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item (unless the product has been purchased specifically for you e.g. part of heating system or none stock item ordered specially for you). We have however extended this time, and we will accept returns within 30 days from the day that you receive your item. You should be aware that any refund for returns will not include the original cost of enhanced shipments such as Tracked 24 or guaranteed next day delivery. It should also be noted that items must be returned in an unused and re-sellable condition with unopened manufacturers packaging if sent that way, with any security packaging also intact.
We'll also provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or proven defective item, etc). If this facility is used and the item does not prove to be incorrect or defective we will deduct the cost of the return postage from the refund
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If the reason for the return is due to our error we will send you a pre-paid return postage label - instructions will be provided once a return is requested. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
